A. Ruth & Sons is a 4th generation family owned real estate company founded in 1894. We are the Owner/Managers of a portfolio of office, retail and residential properties throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

What started as a one man office in Spring Valley, N.Y has grown into a diversified company with properties in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau County, Westchester County as well as Livingston, New Jersey and Fairfield County Connecticut. Our knowledge of these various markets puts A. Ruth & Sons in a unique position to quickly respond to changing conditions and react accordingly.

A. Ruth & Sons has ample resources and stable ownership to meet tenant’s needs. We are also interested in acquiring well located retail properties applying a value added approach.
